Our History

A&I was founded in 2007. As a family-owned and operated business, we are committed to providing the best service in the industry. Our passion for cars runs deep, and it’s what drives us to deliver top-notch results to our customers day in and day out.

Having grown up surrounded by the sound of revving engines and the smell of motor oil, Alex has inherited a love for the automotive world. From the time he could hold a wrench, he’s been fixing, starting in a driveway, learning the ins and outs of the business while apprenticing and working in many different auto shops. Now, as a young man with a keen eye for detail and an unwavering dedication to quality work, Alex is an indispensable part of our team.
 
What started as a solo venture for Alex soon became a father-and-son team just months after opening, hence the “I” in A&I (Iossif). Alex’s father came on board with no hesitation. With the help of apprentices and students, the two worked tirelessly for 10+ years until the “I” decided it was time to retire at the age of 72, which inevitably gave way to more room for new hires to what is now an unstoppable team.

Co-op Education

Since 2007, we at A&I Automotive have been very involved in the co-op program offered at local high schools. Having students from a co-operative program in an auto shop can bring a host of joys and benefits to the shop and the students alike.
